Terra Patterna is a 105 m² apartment defined by a carefully composed layout and a calm architectural expression. Organized around a generous open-plan living area, the interior brings together the lounge, dining space, and kitchen with a pantry, while three bedrooms, an entrance hallway, and a master bathroom complete the composition.
The project takes its name from the Latin word terra, symbolizing the earth, paired with the idea of a recurring motif, a pattern. A restrained palette of beige, cream, black, and white sets a serene foundation, allowing materials and textures to take the lead in shaping the visual identity of the space.

Natural materials define the atmosphere throughout. Dark walnut and travertine introduce warmth and depth, subtly echoing the elegance of mid-century modern interiors. Carefully curated furniture pieces and decorative elements establish a distinct identity, while totemic wooden sculptures, Hellenistic references, and selected artworks create a layered and expressive composition that recalls the feeling of a curated gallery.

This language extends into the private areas. In the bedroom, a central wall separates the wardrobe and sleeping zones, featuring the wallpaper Naturaleza muerta cubista (1952) by Spanish modernist Joaquín Peinado, which inspired Studio Anngo’s Cubist Mirror, also integrated into the space. In the master bathroom, natural stone, patterned tiles, and a freestanding bathtub shape a calm, sculptural environment where light and materiality define an intimate retreat.
